Lesson information

We offer lessons for children as young as 5 and up.

We teach safety from the ground up. If this is yours or your child's first experience around horses, you might consider a ground class to start your horse journey. 

Under saddle we offer general western riding, western pleasure, hunt-seat, and saddle seat, and gaming (barrels, poles, etc.)

Your lesson may consist of the following depending on the type of lesson

*How to properly handle a horse

*How to properly groom a horse

*How to properly saddle a horse

*How to properly lunge a horse

*And of course riding

Everyone's safety is our main priority! When you come for a lesson PLEASE make sure you or your child is wearing a shoe with a heel on it, and a pair of pants, jods, or breeches. A helmet is required for anyone under the age of 18. You are welcome to bring one from home or we have plenty here at the facility.
